A Great Depression Era Recipe
This is a recipe from The Great Depression called Wind Cake. It’s called Wind Cake because its main ingredient is wind! It’s very cheap and easy to make. There is no milk and no butter in the cake. It is a wonderfully light cake, similar to an Angel’s Food cake. It is perfect for a summer dessert served with some fresh berries.
